The Leap Guide helps you navigate your baby's 10 major developmental leaps during the first 2 years of life. It explains what's happening in your baby's brain during fussy periods and offers AI-generated activity ideas tailored to each developmental stage.

Mom Wellness is a comprehensive wellness companion for mothers at every stage — pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. It includes daily mood and symptom check-ins, a wellness dashboard with insights, AI-powered nutrition and meal plans, a gratitude journal, pregnancy week-by-week tracking, appointment management, and vitals logging.

You create custom characters (with a name, species, color, and accessory), choose a language, and our AI generates a unique illustrated bedtime story. Stories can be created in 14+ languages, making it perfect for bilingual families.

Baby Albums lets you create beautiful, shareable photo albums of your baby's moments. You can organize photos by timeline and milestones, and create keepsakes from your collection.

Credits are used for AI-powered features that have a generation cost, such as creating Bedtime Stories, generating AI meal plans in Mom Wellness, and creating Baby Album keepsakes. Core features like the Baby Tracker, Leap Guide, and Community do not require credits.

Credit packs start at $0.99 for 50 credits (Starter), $2.49 for 150 credits (Popular), $4.99 for 300 credits (Value), and $9.99 for 1,000 credits (Pro).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card number or CVC on our servers — only a reference to your Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of your card.

Generating a bedtime story script costs 10 credits. Character avatar generation and story cover images cost 1 credit each. AI meal plan generation in Mom Wellness costs 1 credit, with 1 free generation per day included.

We use encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and sensitive data at rest, secure authentication and access controls, and regular security assessments. We never sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

BabyPostal is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by children directly. Baby profile information is provided by the parent and associated with the adult's account. Photos uploaded to Baby Albums are private by default. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

No. We do not use your Baby Tracker data, wellness journal entries, or private photos to train AI models. When you interact with AI features, your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers under data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own training.

No. AI-generated content in features like the Leap Guide, Medical Corner, and Mom Wellness is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or developmental advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

The fastest way to resolve a Marketplace issue is to message the other party directly through the listing page. For disputes that can't be resolved between users, contact our support team at support@babypostal.com and include your order number.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@babypostal.com. After deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Marketplace transaction records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal purposes.
